Responsible for the leadership and direction of digital experiences that drive engagement throughout the customer journey. The role will craft and execute a multi-media creative program that maximizes the guest experience and marketing performance from the first ad campaign to the APP.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that creative enhances global advertising, website lead and eCommerce engagement and email programs.Promote innovative design thinking that incorporates processes that enables dynamic ad creation at scale.Develop global omni-channel creative solutions that support incorporate display, social, email and website experiences. Ensure that all create assets includes all of the components that are approved in the brief.Lead planning, implementation, and campaign measurement to include promotional messaging, new season and ship launches and other business needs across multiple languages and currencies.Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to have a thorough understanding of the list segmentation to better improve performance and engagement.Lead the building of the automated, dynamic email and advertising creative templates that improve Marketing efficiency, automation, speed to market and key performance metrics.Act as key contact for all vendors involved in email execution and creative automation (i.e., Marketing Services, email service provider, and others).Lead in developing email testing/roadmap strategies for key initiatives. Approve test emails prior to blast and follow up on any technical issue reports.Continually recommend areas of process improvements for efficiency gains.Actively monitor industry and competitive trends in the marketplace.Perform other job-related functions as assigned.KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Communications, applicable Art Degree, or relevant experience.EXPERIENCE:
10+ years Marketing experience in consumer email marketing and digital creative solutions for a consumer brand company. Advanced Adobe Creative suite experience, Corel, or similar tools. Travel industry and cruise line experience is preferred.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Strong visual and conceptual design capabilities that balance guest engagement and marketing performance.Exceptional knowledge of digital design for web, video production, UX, UI, front-end development, social media, google marketing with design principles and tools. Advanced video production experience to include to include concept development, scripting, storyboards, model recruitment, photoshoot management, final production files and editing.Expert understanding of the creative process in marketing, packaging, branding, video, photography, UX copywriting, and digital art direction.Hands on experience with Google Studios, Flashtalking, Meta and other dynamic ad creation studios. Experience in creating digital and multi-media advertising campaigns, from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production.Innovative and strategic thinker with a growth and automation mindset.Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing platforms: digital, video social media, paid media and mobile.Familiarity with all major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.Superior leadership and mentorship skills. Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives.
